Back in October, Courtney, Connor, and I woke up before the sunrise in order to meet up at the Lincoln Memorial at sunrise, the perfect time for engagement photos at the DC Monuments. Despite the fact that mornings are hard, it was so worth it. It was an absolutely STUNNING morning and they were straight up model-ready.
Courtney’s bright pink dress was giving me LIFE. The way it popped against the marble backdrop of the Lincoln was truly spectacular. Connor was also looking dapper as can be.
They then did a quick outfit change and we walked through Constitution Gardens to capture some of the fall colors that had just started to appear.
So a little fun backstory. I had the pleasure of meeting these two at their friends wedding last summer (Connor was the best man and gave an excellent speech). Also, my boyfriend and his family are casual golf acquaintances of Connor’s! ALSO, their wedding planner is Alexandra Nesterak Events, who is also a great friend and vendor-pal of mine!
