Glenview Mansion is absolutely one of my favorite places to photograph.
It’s a beautiful spot in Rockville, MD that’s really just in the middle of a neighborhood. It’s got beautiful stone work and very nice gardens!
These two were engaged in December on Christmas Eve! They applied for my model call from way back when, and I was so happy they did. Not only are they absolutely adorable together, but they’re so nice and were so easy to photograph. Lauren actually knows multiple people I’ve photographed in the past, which is very cool!
Anyways, we planned and planned for the session – at one point my camera equipment went missing in the mail (thanks USPS, this story is for another time but I almost died), and another it was rainy. So we finally got a gorgeous day (but it was 90 degrees out). They took the heat like troopers – I was probably sweating more than they were, even though Andrew was wearing a long sleeve and pants!
Anyways, Glenview Mansion provided the perfect backdrop for their session, they are definitely models in my book!
